What is it?

Mobile app links can be used to launch a mobile app and show a specific page within native apps. They help to provide seamless integration between websites and apps.

On Android they are called App Links. On iOS they are called Universal Links.

How to implement

• Plain Android: developer.android.com
• Plain iOS: developer.apple.com
• Firebase platform: Dynamic Links
• Branch.io linking platform

How to test

• Android apps: in Android Studio / Intellij IDEA: In Launch Options / Launch: change Default Activity to URL. Enter the deeplink url to launch with.
• iOS apps testing tool: knil app
